Onederland does not cater to cancellation requests once the order has been placed.

Returns due to personal reasons.
Onederland does not accept returns. If you choose to not receive your parcel at your provided address, It will automatically reach Level 1 reception at the Onederland.

Returns due to external reasons We value your purchase and give our best effort to deliver it to you in time. In case if your address could not be found or you do not receive your parcel, you can collect the package from Level 1 reception counter at the Onederland.

Process for parcel damaged in-transit
We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier company has completed their investigation onto the claim.

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier company reviews the case and confirms that the parcel has been lost.
